Anti-Inflammatory Ginger Juice (Recipe)

This delicious anti-inflammatory ginger juice is simple, effective, and natural. It will help you recover and the taste will leave you craving for more.



  • ¼ cup fresh ginger root, peeled & chopped
  • 4 cups water, boiled
  • 2 large lemons, juiced
  • 2-4 tbsp honey



In a high-speed blender, blend the chopped ginger and 1 cup of boiling water. Blend until smooth.

Add the remaining ingredients and blend on low.

Serve the ginger juice hot or allow to cool and serve over ice.
*Be sure to stir it before drinking as the ginger settles at the bottom.
