1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen bananas
1/2 avocado
1/2 cup frozen kale
1/4 lemon, juiced
1/2 inch piece of fresh ginger
1.5 cups of water or almond milk
